As our clients Space Hopper Events get their first extravaganza event underway on Saturday October 15th, Design-Point were there to talk to traders and visitors alike about websites and launching our new competition!
It was a long and busy day but an excellent opportunity which we spent talking to traders about their interests and needs in terms of websites and social networking. It was nice to hear so many compliments about the work we've completed for Space Hopper Events, as well as chatting with the Lord Mayoress of Birmingham about possible future events and projects!
Big thanks to Jill and Neil for inviting us to the event, as well as letting us put up our posters and shower people with leaflets! We thoroughly enjoyed the day and we learnt a lot talking to the traders and visitors who were in attendance.
Launching our new product "One Page Wonder" and a competition to win one was our main focus of the day, having (what we hope) is an ideal starting website for independent traders and small organisations who want to get online and start spreading the word about themselves. A simple one page website, with four main sections, being a uniquely designed online business card and a point of immediate contact. We had some great initial interest in the product and the first few entries for our prize draw.
We'll be appearing at Space Hopper Events' next show as well (Autumn Craft and Gifts with free entry), so a perfect opportunity to come to Birmingham if you'd like to chat with us about what we can offer as well as enjoying a variety of hand made gifts and crafts from all the wonderful independent traders!
